Safety is of utmost importance for lithium batteries. Longtiger strictly controls quality to ensure that our ternary lithium iron batteries and battery packs are safe, reliable and stable in performance.
First, after the battery production is completed, we test all batteries and perform capacity grading.
Secondly, before shipment, Longtiger will test and record the test data, and send the capacity, voltage, and IR test data to the customer.
If the customer needs a battery pack, we will also match the lithium iron phosphate battery pack with the closest capacity, voltage, and IR, and test the entire battery pack after the matching is completed.
LongTiger produces lithium batteries with the principle of safety first.
Before leaving the factory, the staff will do the following tests:
1. Phased testing
Single cell test → Module/PACK test → Final inspection (label, insulation resistance).
2. Automated equipment
Use charging and discharging testers, internal resistance meters, environmental chambers and other equipment to improve efficiency.
3. Recording and tracing
Record test data for each battery and establish a traceable QR code/batch number system.
