Install the battery pack to the battery holder
Connect the battery converter to the bicycle controller.
Power on the battery and
Confirm whether the battery can work.

The discharge port needs to be photographed to confirm the model
Make sure the voltage is consistent and the voltage is not mixed.
Check whether the battery body has a voltage mark. If
The battery body can confirm the voltage, buy it.
If the voltage cannot be confirmed. If the battery body has no label, please take a picture of the parameters on the back of the charger and send it to us, and our engineer will confirm it.
If the battery body has no label or is missing, and there is no charger. You need to check the controller and send us the controller parameters
